Whether you’re a struggling freelance trainer or the CEO of a  multi-national corporation, it takes courage to hold on to your values when others about you seem to be abandoning theirs.

NVC helps us to stay connected to our deepest longings, and to hear others needs even when they choose to express them in words we do not enjoy hearing.

In business, it also helps focus our attention in those areas where we are most likely to find what we are really looking for - growth, sustainability, recognition and trust.

Some topics we aim to cover in six separate modules include:

· How does our business serve life?

· Protective vs punitive use of the law

· Fostering mutuality, trust and acknowledgement

· Strategies to encourage consensus

· Transparency in the workplace

· Hearing the ‘Yes’ behind the ‘No’

Each class is repeated in order to suit participants from different time zones.  Session one usually attracts participants from the US and South East Asia/Australasia whilst session two attracts participants from Europe and Northern Asia.

Upon registration you will receive a written assignment from us together with a note about how to connect to our teleconference bridge and some information about preferred methods of payment.

6 modules for people integrating NVC-consciousness into their business practises where you can attend one module or attend them all.

These sessions are facilitated by CNVC-Certified Trainers Cate Crombie and Liz Gay

· ABOUT OUR TRAINERS

Whilst we do not consider money a need, when you give us money, you help support real needs of ours for sustainability, physical nurturance and choice, and we thank you for this.

At the same time, we recognise that what might appear ‘a reasonable amount’ in certain economies could appear ‘an outrageous amount’ in others.  Rather than state a fixed amount we would enjoy receiving from our participants, we invite you to contribute whatever you can contribute joyfully.

To provide a guide, if you would like one, we currently imagine participants in these sessions may enjoy contributing between US$5 - US$50 per hour in tuition fees or US$7.50 - $US75 per class.

Do please consider your own economic needs as well as ours when choosing how much you would like to give.

About Giving
