Given the radical nature of our training, FUTURITY has developed some fairly radical strategies to promote its work in areas where no certified CNVC trainer is regularly available. Essentially, we aim to work in partnership with established training providers throughout the Region who would like to offer their clients something new, and first-time trainings are often advertised by invitation only. In other words, you won’t receive any glossy brochures or notice a mass of large newspaper advertisements when we come to town. Hopefully, you will receive a quiet invitation to come and explore with us, and that’s all. You can help bring NVC to your area more quickly by asking any local training provider you know of to contact us. |
In-House Trainings |

Where possible, we prefer to offer our training away from in-house training rooms or conventional conference facilities, in settings we ourselves find beautiful and inspiring. For example, in Singapore, we offer much of our training at Michi Artists Studio and Gallery in Holland Village, a gorgeously quirky venue that meets our needs for flexibility, relaxation and focus. As you watch your staff entering these spaces, you may actually notice the tension leaving their shoulders. We believe this is because trainees walking into beautiful environments ‘get it’ that we don’t just promise profound learning, but lots of fun and connection along the way. Another value-add we like to offer to our clients is the opportunity to share our trainers’ traveling expenses with others - i.e. once you have decided you’d like would like to work with us, we’ll do everything in our power to make our services available at a cost that works for all of us. |

For Key Individuals and Small Groups |

FUTURITY can arrange one-on-one or small group coaching for senior executives. Depending on your location, coachees may meet with trainers face-to-face, on-line or over the telephone. For first-timers, we offer an informational framework for either 2 x six week prgrammes (introductory and intermediate) or 1 x 12 week integrated programme. Both programmes include written materials and exercises for participants to work on between sessions. As your people become more fluent in NVC, we invite them to join one of our international teleclass programmes, for which business people from around the world join us through a teleconference bridge to work with CNVC trainers from different countries. |
