With 20 years experience as a facilitator of various communications programmes, Cate Crombie didn’t immediately realise that NVC could teach her anything she didn’t already know. As NVC ‘filled in the gaps’ she had experienced in other processes, she became more and more impressed with it and eventually chose to join CNVC as a certified trainer in early 2005. A dedicated NVC practitioner since 2001, Cate now operates a thriving training practise in Brisbane Australia, bringing her own unique touch to both corporate and community trainings at home and overseas. In addition, she is CEO of the Effectiveness Training Institute of Australia and a certified Instructor in Effectiveness Training. Cate is an active contributor to FUTURITY’s strategic planning team, and provides living proof that ‘little ideas’ need only to be nurtured in order for us to change the world we live into an inspirational and fun place to be. She is increasingly familiar to audiences in Australia, New Zealand and Singapore and noted for her warm and engaging approach to workshop participants from a diverse range of backgrounds and cultures. |
